AARON BERTINETTI
Senior Vice President, Research & Engagement, Glass Lewis 

Aaron Bertinetti leads Glass Lewis’ research and engagement activities across all markets globally. His team of over 200 analysts publishes research on approximately 18,000 companies and engages with more than 3,000 companies every year. Aaron originally joined Glass Lewis in 2008 in Australia, driving the growth of Asia Pacific operations and clients. In 2015, he relocated to San Francisco in his current global role and joined the executive leadership team in 2017. From 2018, he also served as CEO of Meetyl, a SaaS company and professional social network for matchmaking and meetings on demand between investors and companies. He is an angel investor in dozens of startups, non-executive chairman of the award-winning gaming companies, Fellow Traveller and Double Jump Communications, and an advisor to the venture capital firm, CP Ventures. He has a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and is a graduate of the Future Directors Institute.


NADINE BLAYNEY
Head of Content, ausbiz 

Nadine Blayney has over 20 years of newsroom experience, specialising in business and finance news. Prior to joining ausbiz as Head of Content, Nadine was the News Director of the Your Money channel, and as part of the Sky News Business founding team was at the heart of the channel’s ever-evolving programming. 

Nadine anchored many of the channel’s flagship programs, and spearheaded coverage of major events including federal budgets, US Federal Reserve and RBA interest rate decisions. Nadine was live-on-air during the ‘Brexit’ vote and the 2016 US election. She has interviewed many of the country’s top CEOs and economists, as well as international finance and business luminaries.


JOHN DALY
CEO, Listcorp 

John is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Listcorp. 
A former stockbroker and fund manager, John has worked in the investment industry for more than 25 years. He commenced his career as a private client adviser with ANZ McCaughan before moving to the Institutional Desk to advise some of the country’s largest fund managers. He worked in the same capacity with both BT. Alex Brown and BNP Paribas before leaving the broking industry in 2000 to found boutique fund manager OC Funds Management. In 2004 John moved to London to help launch hedge fund Victoria Capital. He also worked with Pyrford International and Mosaic Property LLP during his 8 years in London. John spent 2 years in Brazil before returning to Australia in 2014 to begin work on Listcorp. 

John brings a rare depth and breadth of experience in investment markets, and passion for technology and the efficiencies it can deliver, to the task of building the Listcorp business.


MARY DELAHUNTY
Head of Impact, Hesta

Mary is the Head of Impact for HESTA and has been with the fund since early 2013. She has held senior roles in financial services organisations for over 15 years and is passionate about progressing responsible investment practices. HESTA is one of Australia’s largest superannuation funds with $50bn under management and over 880,000 members. Mary is a 2015 Churchill Fellow awarded for the completion of international research on equity for women in pension systems.Mary is the Chair of the Ministerial Advisory Council for Gender Equality in the State of Victoria.  The Council’s role is to advise the Minister for Women on the Safe and Strong equality strategy. Mary is also a councillor and former Mayor of the City of Glen Eira.  Mary is also a Board Member of The Emergency Services Telecommunication Authority and an advisory panel member for the State Government, she is a past Chair of Reclink Australia, a National Not For Profit organisation offering sports and recreation opportunities to break the cycle for disadvantaged Australians. 


GREG DOOLEY 
Managing Director, Computershare Investor Services Pty Limited

Greg has more than 30 years’ experience in the financial service industry and has driven industry-leading client service innovations centred on the digitisation of registry services. He has overseen the successful execution of some of the largest, most complex corporate transactions in Australia, such as the Federal Government asset sale of Medibank, National Australia Bank Limited’s demerger of Clydesdale and Yorkshire Bank and BHP Billiton Limited’s demerger of South32.


JOHN DURIE
Senior Writer / Columnist, The Australian 

John joined the Australian in July 2007 as a business columnist on both the Australian and the Australian web page after a 20 year career with the Australian Financial Review. He was the paper's Chanticleer columnist for a total of 13 years and the founding writer of the paper's Street Talk column. John was the Australian's New York correspondent from 1989 to 1992, serving also as a New York business correspondent for The Times of London. He was a business columnist for the New York Post from 1992 to 1996.John was the Paris based European correspondent for the AFR in 1984-85 after starting his career in the paper's Canberra Press gallery bureau in 1980. John has degrees in Arts and law from Macquarie University and is married with three children.


JUSTIN ELLIS
General Manager, Orient Capital 

Joining Orient Capital as General Manager in 2018, Justin has overall responsibility for client relations and operations across Australia and New Zealand.  He brings over 15 years’ experience in progressively more senior roles across prominent financial services and technology providers.


GUY GRESHAM
Head of IR Advisory & Investor Solutions, BNY Mellon

Guy oversees the Global Investor Relations Advisory (GIRA) and Investor Solutions teams for BNY Mellon’s Depositary Receipt business. The GIRA team’s mandate is to work closely with DR issuer clients to develop measures designed to generate liquidity and visibility among the sell side, institutional and retail investors. Investor Solutions works with the buy side to educate and expand utilization of the DR product. Before joining BNY Mellon in 2006, Guy was a New York-based IR consultant specializing in cross-border financial communications, before this he was with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) in Sydney, Australia. Guy sits on BNY Mellon’s Social Finance Business Council and is a member of the advisory committee for the Yale Initiative on Sustainable Finance (YISF). He holds an Honours degree in International Economics from Victoria University, New Zealand, and an MBA from Cornell University, USA.

Co-founder, Tangelo Software B.V.  

As the co-founder of Tangelo, Erwin helps companies streamline digital IR communications. After years at Oracle, he and Ad Nederlof joined forces to create Tangelo in 1999. Today, Tangelo’s collaborative, cloud-based platform simplifies the process of creating, managing, and publishing annual reports—allowing IR professionals to easily create PDF and online reports from a single source. 

Erwin spearheads Tangelo’s growing international expansion. Headquartered in the Netherlands, the software company serves clients across Northwestern Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific, with new corporate hubs established in New York City and Australia. A recognized thought leader on annual reporting, Erwin frequently demonstrates his deep understanding of reporting practices across countries, local regulations, rising trends, and disruptive development, especially involving digital IR communications.  

Erwin holds a Master of Information Technology earned at Amsterdam’s VU University. A father of four, Erwin enjoys traveling, finding hidden gems in new neighborhoods, and biking through both urban environments and mountain trails. 


KELLY HIBBINS
Executive General Manager, Investor Relations and Communications, Suncorp Group Limited
Chair, AIRA

Kelly joined Suncorp Group in November 2017.  Before joining Suncorp Group, Kelly was Head of Investor Relations and External Communications Vocus Group. Kelly joined Vocus Group in August 2016 following the takeover of Asciano where she worked for over five years as Head of Investor Relations. Kelly has over ten years’ experience in investor relations and broader communications roles.Prior to moving into investor relations Kelly was an equities analyst for more than ten years. Kelly has a finance background with both undergraduate and post graduate qualifications in finance.


RICHARD HOCKLEY
Head of Client Solutions, UBS Evidence Lab

Richard has worked in investment research for 18 years, with the past 4 years at UBS. He started his career at Morgan Stanley in London and transferred to New York in 2007 to help create and manage Morgan Stanley AlphaWise data product until 2014, creating new internal research products based on web, search and product data for internal analysts.

In 2014, he joined UBS AG to build its new UBS Evidence Lab group as one of the first employees on the team. He initially focused on its alternative data platform, scaling UBS Evidence Lab to feature heavily within the global research product. In 2017, he transferred to head UBS Evidence Lab and was involved in designing the external client offering. In 2018, he moved into his current role, focusing on developing external client solutions for UBS Evidence Lab.


AMY HOGAN
National Manager - Group Sustainability, Stockland Limited 

Amy is responsible for leading Stockland’s sustainability function, which includes environmental and community development specialists who cover Stockland’s $18 billion diversified real estate portfolio.  Amy leads Stockland’s sustainability strategy with the main objective of delivering tangible and long-term value to Stockland stakeholders. In addition to ensuring sustainable practices and policies are integrated across all parts of the business, Amy key interest is driving innovative partnerships that deliver shared value outcomes. 

Amy has over 15 years in real estate, with organisations including Jones Lang Lasalle and Colonial First State Global Asset Management and extensive sustainability expertise spaning a number of sectors including government and consulting. In 2018 Amy was the recipient of the 2018 NAWIC Contribution to Sustainability. Amy is the Deputy Chair of the Property Council of Australia’s Social Sustainability Committee, a member of the National Sustainability Roundtable and supports industry development in several other working groups.


KATIE HUDSON
Executive Director and Head of Australian Equities Research, Yarra Capital Management l 

Katie is a portfolio manager focused on the small and midcap universe and, in addition, serves as the asset manager’s Head of Australian Equities Research. She has more than 20 years of experience in investment markets, including roles as an equities research analyst and portfolio manager. Prior to transitioning to Yarra Capital Management, Katie was a portfolio manager and managing director at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. 

Her previous experience includes time spent with JM Financial Group and at AR Capital, a long/short fund, and JBWere where she was as an equities analyst and partner. Earlier in her career, Katie spent seven years at PwC where she was a senior manager primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions advisory and transaction support.

Katie holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.


SIMON HUDSON
Head of Equites, Unisuper

Simon Hudson joined UniSuper in March 2010 and manages the Fund’s domestic and fundamental international equity strategies, which includes both internally and externally managed portfolios (UniSuper internally manages over half of its funds under management). He has over 29 years’ experience in equities and financial markets.
Prior to joining UniSuper, Simon was head of Australian Equities at QIC (Queensland Investment Corporation), one of Australia’s largest institutional investment managers. Simon’s previous roles include Senior Portfolio Manager, Australian Equities at Colonial First State where he managed a range of portfolios for both institutional and retail clients, totalling approximately $9bn. He began his career as an Equity Analyst at Ord Minnett Securities (now JPMorgan), and has also worked for the Financial Services Authority (UK’s financial markets and corporate regulator) in London.
Simon holds a BEc from the University of Sydney, is a fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA) and is a member of FINSIA’s Funds and Asset Management Industry Council.

Alastair Hunter joined Balanced Equity Management in 2014 and is currently Chief Investment Officer and Lead Analyst/Investment Manager of the financials portfolio. Mr. Hunter has over 28 years of investment market experience, all of which have been gained in an investment research capacity and with a specialization on financial companies.

Prior to joining Balanced Equity Management, Mr. Hunter worked at Goldman Sachs Australia as head of investment research for 9 years. Prior to the Goldman Sachs acquisition of JBWere, Mr. Hunter worked for JBWere in London as a financials analyst for 3 years and in Melbourne as a bank analyst for 11
years.

Mr. Hunter holds a bachelor of commerce and a bachelor of laws from the University of Melbourne. He is an associate of the Financial Services Institute of
Australia (FINSIA).


CHRIS KARAPALIDIS
Senior Analyst – Managed Research, JBWere

Chris Karapalidis joined JBWere in 2018 as a Consultant within the Managed Investments Research team. This team is responsible for identifying high quality fund managers across all asset classes. At JBWere, Chris’s focus is equity based strategies. Previously, Chris spent 11 years with the Aviva/MLC managed research team. 


PHIL KING
Group Investor Relations Director, Reliance Worldwide Corporation Limited 

Philip has over 20 years’ experience with listed companies in senior finance, investor relations, treasury, debt capital markets, and media relations roles. Philip is currently Group Investor Relations Director for Reliance Worldwide Corporation based in Melbourne. Prior to joining Reliance in 2019 Philip worked for two large listed New Zealand companies, Fletcher Building and Telecom NZ (now Spark). He started his career in corporate banking with National Australia Bank. Philip has a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration (B.C.A.)  from Victoria University, Wellington N.Z and is a Chartered Accountant (CAANZ). He is a Fellow of the Australasian Investor Relations Association (AIRA) and a Fellow of the Institute of Finance Professionals New Zealand Inc (INFINZ).


TOBY LANGLEY
Executive General Manager - Head of Investor Relations, Xero Limited

Toby joined Xero as Head of Investor Relations in 2018. Prior to joining Xero, Toby was head of the Financials equity research team at Bank of America in Sydney. He worked for more than a decade as an equity analyst covering the Insurance and Diversified Financials sectors in both Australia and the UK. Before moving into equity research, Toby gained experience in the accounting profession as an auditor and advisor to a range of listed, multinational aerospace and industrial companies.

Toby is a member of the Australian Accounting Standards Board’s User Advisory Committee and holds a BSc in Physics from The University of Manchester. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a CFA Charterholder. Toby resides on Sydney’s Northern Beaches with his wife, two children and Freddo the groodle.


KEVIN LEWIS
Chief Compliance Officer, ASX 

Kevin is the Chief Compliance Officer of the ASX. He is a member of the ASX Corporate Governance Council and the Financial Reporting Council. He was the principal author of the 3rd and 4th editions of the ASX Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations and of most of ASX’s guidance notes, including the landmark Guidance Note 8 on continuous disclosure.
Prior to joining ASX, Kevin was a lawyer for 30 years, specialising in financial services, mergers and acquisitions and corporate matters. He held a number of senior positions with law firms and as inhouse counsel, including as a partner of the law firms Freehills and Atanaskovic Hartnell and as the general counsel of Bankers Trust Australia Limited.
Kevin was also an adjunct professor of Sydney University Law School and taught the course Compliance: Theory and Practice in the Financial Services Industry as part of its Masters program from 2002 until 2017.


KEN MACKENZIE
Chairman, BHP Group Limited 

Ken has been a Director of BHP Group Limited and BHP Group Plc since September 2016. He was appointed Chairman with effect from 1 September 2017. He has extensive global and executive experience, and a deeply strategic approach. From 2005 until 2015, he served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Amcor Limited, a global packaging company with operations in over 40 countries. During his 23 year career with Amcor, Ken gained extensive experience across all of Amcor’s major business segments in developed and emerging markets in the Americas, Australia, Asia and Europe.


ALI MOORE
renowned journalist and Conference MC  

Ali Moore has more than 25 years experience as a journalist and broadcaster, working for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, Australia's Nine Network, and for the BBC's global news network, based in Singapore. She has covered major news and current affairs events across the region, reporting from Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, and China. In her more than two decades as a broadcaster Ali has interviewed key decision makers from a range of companies, industries and political theatres. Her previous roles include ABC China Correspondent, host of Australia's premier late night TV current affairs program (Lateline), and anchor of some of the country's key business news programs (Business Sunday, Lateline Business). She is now a freelance broadcaster and journalist and a Vice Chancellor's Fellow at the University of Melbourne, working with Asialink..


RECEP III PEKER
Research Director, Investment Trends 

Recep Peker serves as Research Director at Investment Trends, where he leads the research team and oversees the full suite of wealth management and online investing research. His remit includes HNW individuals, financial advice, retirement and pensions, investment platforms, Fintechs and a broad range of investment products.

Recep has extensive experience in researching the behaviours, buying preferences and future needs of investors and financial intermediaries. Drawing on his deep understanding of data analysis and statistics, he delivers clients actionable insights tailored to their competitive landscape. He frequently presents to executive and leadership teams in leading financial services organisations, speaks at key industry conferences and events, and regularly contributes to industry media across Australia, USA, UK, France, Germany, Spain Singapore and Hong Kong.

Recep joined Investment Trends in 2009. Prior to this, he gained first-hand experience of the advice industry in a boutique financial planning practice. Recep holds a Honours degree in Economics from the University of Technology, Sydney, and as an alumni actively mentors Honours students at UTS Business School.


CHRIS PIDCOCK
Head of Equities REST  

Chris Pidcock is Director, Australian Equities at Super Investment Management (SIM), the wholly owned in-house asset manager for the Retail Employees Superannuation Trust (REST). Chris is the Portfolio Manager and responsible for managing the Australian Equity investment capability for SIM. 
Prior to joining SIM in March 2013, Chris was the Equity Strategist and Deputy Head of Research at Goldman Sachs. Chris has over 30 years’ experience in equity markets and superannuation funds working at JBWere, Goldman Sachs and SIM. Chris also sits on a number of Investment Committees at not for profit organisations as well as being the Chair of the Provence Finance Advisory Committee for the Loreto Sisters in Australia and SE Asia.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical, Honors), Graduate Diploma in Accounting, Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, and is a Fellow of FINSIA.


GILES RAFFERTY
Corporate Communications & Media Advisor, FIRST Advisers 

Giles has over 20 years’ experience in corporate affairs, investor relations and journalism in Australia and the UK. Prior to joining FIRST Advisers in 2017, Giles provided advice to a broad range of ASX listed and non-listed organisations in the areas of investor and media relations, reputation management, media training and performance coaching. His clients have included Quadrant Energy, HT&E, Bingo Industries, FlexiGroup Limited, OFX Group, Click Energy and Finsia.
Giles’ passion for corporate storytelling was born out of his early career as a general news and sports journalist in Ireland and the UK before specialising in business news as the Reuters City Desk Editor at ITN News Direct radio in London. He transitioned to television as a presenter/reporter for The Money Chanel, a UK based specialist retail investor television channel.


EVAN SCHNIDMAN
Founder & CEO, Prattle, a Liquidnet Company  

Evan is the founder and CEO of Prattle, a financial research automation firm that uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning to quantify market moving language and generate automated research reports. Prior to founding Prattle, Evan was a noted academic. He earned his PhD from Harvard University and was on faculty at Brown University. As an academic, Evan was widely published in political economy, game theory, finance and public policy. His book, “How the Fed Moves Markets” is a must read for those seeking to understand how nuanced language can impact financial markets. In addition to his academic work, Evan has served as an economic risk consultant to large corporations and financial institutions. 


STEPHEN SCOTT
Executive Vice Chairman, Rothschild & Co Investor Advisory 

Stephen is the Executive Vice Chairman of Rothschild & Co Investor Advisory.
  
In 2003, he founded Scott Harris in the UK, providing independent equity marketing, investor relations and capital market services to a broad range of clients that included more than 20 FTSE 100 companies, as well as clients in the US and Continental Europe.  In 2016, Scott Harris was acquired by Rothschild & Co.

CHRISTIAN SEALEY
Chief Operating Officer, Morrow Sodali 

Christian has more than 20 years’ experience in corporate affairs and investor relations, having held senior positions at a number of ASX50 companies. Prior to joining Morrow Sodali, Christian was GM, Corporate Affairs and Investor Relations at Macmahon Holdings where he played an integral ro le in defeating a protracted hostile takeover. Christian is well versed in managing complex reputational issues and has a strong track record spanning corporate finance, governance, compliance, investor relations and public affairs. He has an MBA from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Arts, Communication (Journalism) from Charles Sturt University.


RAYMOND SHELTON
Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, Coca Cola Bottlers Japan Inc

Raymond has worked in Investor Relations for eleven years, currently as Executive Officer and Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Coca-Cola Botters Japan, the third-largest Coca-Cola bottler in the world by revenue.  In his current role he also serves as vice-chairman of The Coca-Cola Association (Japan) and is a board trustee for The Coca-Cola Education and Environment Foundation (Japan).  During his 19 years working for The Coca-Cola Company and various Coca-Cola bottlers, Raymond has extensive experience in Finance, Audit, Strategic Planning, Investor Relations and Public Affairs & Communications.  Raymond is a US citizen, and he and his family currently reside in Tokyo, Japan.


LUKE SMITH
Portfolio Manager, AustralianSuper 

Luke joined AustralianSuper in March 2015 and is a portfolio Manager in the internal equities team. His key role at AustralianSuper has been as part of a team to establish and manager the small caps (ex-ASX100) portfolio.  He is also an analyst with primary coverage of natural resources and agriculture across the ASX portfolios. Luke has worked for more than 10 years as an investment manager having previously spent six years at listed specialist resources fund Lion Selection (2004-2010). Prior to joining AustralianSuper Luke spent five years on the sell-side as a mining research analyst including two and a half years as Head of Mining, Oil and Gas research at Canaccord Genuity. Luke is a Mining Engineer, having worked both in Australia and overseas in multiple commodities and holds a Masters in Commerce (Finance) from the University of New South Wales.


JASON STEED
Managing Director & Head of Research, JP Morgan

Jason Steed is J.P. Morgan's Head of Equity Research for Australia. In addition, he leads the firms Australian Equity Strategy team. Jason joined J.P. Morgan in 2008 to lead coverage of the Australian Utilities sector. In 2009, he added coverage of Building Materials and Steel. Over 2010-15, Jason was consistently ranked in the top-3 by Peter Lee and other surveys for Utilities and Building Materials. In 2013, he was ranked Australia's #1 sell-side analyst across all sectors in the East Coles Survey.


ANTONY STRONG
Group GM Strategy, ANZ Banking, Group Limited

Antony has more than 20 years' experience in corporate and business strategy, having worked with companies in the Financial Services, Airline and Pharmaceutical sectors, in Australia, the US and UK. 
In his current role, he works with ANZ's CEO to establish and embed ANZ's Purpose, set and drive ANZ's group-wide strategic transformation, and align the Group's investment budget with strategic priorities.

James Thomson is a Chanticleer columnist at The Australian Financial Review based in Melbourne. James was previously the Companies editor and the editor of BRW Magazine.


FRAN VAN REYK
Head of Investor Relations, Qantas Airways Limited 

Fran was appointed to the role of Head of Investor Relations for Qantas Airways Limited in November 2016. Before joining Qantas, Fran led the Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs functions at WorleyParsons Limited including being their inaugural dedicated Director of Investor Relations. Fran commenced her career in Investor Relations at Caltex Australia Limited leading the Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs functions. Prior to entering the field of Investor Relations, Fran had an extensive career as an engineer including her time as Engineering Manager, refining for Caltex Australia before transitioning to the Investor Relations role.


MARK WALES
Former SAS Commander 

Mark Wales grew up in the red dirt of West Australian mining towns in the Pilbara. After deciding he wanted to join the SAS in high school, Mark embarked on a career in the Australian military that would eventually lead him to the battlefields of Afghanistan. As a Troop Commander in charge of 30 elite soldiers, Mark’s role was to lead combat missions against senior enemy commanders, deep behind enemy lines. Through this unique and harsh environment, Mark developed his skills in leadership, teamwork and high performance.
Like many in his situation, Mark battled depression and stress disorders after warfighting in Afghanistan. He tackled recovery with the same intensity he applied to Special Ops training. He rigorously researched the fundamentals of neurobiological science and the benefit of skill development. This approach underpinned a strong recovery, and drove personal growth far beyond his previous abilities.
Mark’s successful recovery and growth led him to embark on a high profile career in business. With four attempts of the GMAT, he was accepted into an Ivy League college in the U.S.A, and after graduation he joined McKinsey & Company, a respected consulting outfit also known as ‘The Firm’. He founded a fashion startup Kill_Kaptur, a tough-luxury ecommerce brand. He was a competitor in Australian Survivor 2017, the world’s #1 reality TV show.
An avid surfer, boxer, and cook, Mark stays active and keeps his experiences as varied as possible. He believes that past experience should never be a limitation to embarking and excelling in something new.
Mark loves to reveal the common threads that run through human competition in all arenas, and the importance of a growth-mindset to overcoming mental illness and drive success in future endeavours.


TRACEY WHITEHEAD
Head of Investor Relations, Amcor Limited 

Tracey joined AMCOR Limited in 2009 and is responsible for all aspects of investor relations globally. Tracey is also a member of AMCOR's Capital Expenditure Review Group and a member of the Corporate Executive Team. Prior to joining AMCOR Limited, Tracey spent over 20 years working with BHP Billiton Ltd where from 2001 to 2008 she was Manager Investor Relations for the Australasian and Americas regions, located in both Australian and the UK.Tracey's background is in Corporate Finance and prior to moving into the Investor Relations function, she held various roles within the International Trading, Group Reporting, Tax and Audit functions within BHP Billiton Ltd.Tracey holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Monash University in Melbourne.


NATALIE WORLEY
General Manager, Investor Relations, Rio Tinto Limited 

Natalie is a mining professional with 20 years experience.  She started her career as a geologist and has worked in various investor relations and corporate affairs roles in the resources sector.   She has been the General Manager of Investor Relations at Rio Tinto since 2015, where she has responsibility for investor relations in Australia and Asia.


GREG YANKO
Executive Director, Markets, Australian Securities and Investments Commission 

Greg has primary responsibility for ASIC’s Markets group. In this role, he oversees the Market Infrastructure, Market Supervision, Corporations, Financial Reporting and Audit and Insolvency Practitioners teams, and works closely with the Markets Enforcement team. The Markets group is focused on improving the effectiveness of Australia’s capital markets. It also supports efficient capital raising, investment and risk management. Additionally, Greg oversees ASIC’s work to regulate corporations, auditors of disclosing entities, registered company auditors and registered liquidators. Greg has more than 30 years of experience and extensive experience in financial market development, regulation and supervision. Before joining ASIC, he was the CEO of AXE ECN Pty Limited. Previously Greg was the manager of institutional and wholesale markets at the Australian Stock Exchange where he implemented equity market structure changes and managed the operations of the market surveillance and investigations units.
