Ian Matheson, CEO, AIRA

Ian is the Chief Executive Officer of AIRA. Ian was former Global Head of Computershare Analytics, the investor relations and market intelligence arm of Computershare Ltd. Prior to this, he was a Partner at Orient Capital Pty Ltd, and prior to that the Executive Director of the Australian Investment Managers' Association. He has also held senior positions at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Westpac Banking Corporation and was an Advisor to the Hon. Alexander Downer MP. He is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute in the United States, a fellow of Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Fellow of Chartered Secretaries Australia.


Marnie Reid, Head of Shareholder Services, AMP Limited

After completing my Communications degree and deciding her dream of being the next Jana Wendt probably wasn't going to happen (if you were born in the 1990's please Google her), she embarked on a career focusing on customer and employee communications. From the early days trying to help customers make sense of insurance claim forms and processes, through to helping communicate company strategy to employees,

Marnie now use these skills in the investor relations environment. She has spent the last fifteen years focusing on how AMP communicates to and with our large retail shareholder base, both in written communications such as the annual report, website and day to day interactions.

Marnie joined the AMP investor relations team in 2009 and along the way has worked on mergers, demergers, capital raisings, capital returns, share sales and plenty of AGMs.  She completed the AIRA diploma in 2007.


Stuart Kingham, Head of Investor Relations, Challenger Limited

Stuart is an experienced investor relations and communications professional with over 10 years’ experience. He is currently Head of Investor Relations at Challenger Limited, an ASX 100 Company. Under his leadership, the Challenger investor relations team won AIRA’s “Best IR for a Mid-Cap 50 Company” in 2016 and has been a finalist for the past five years.

Prior to this role, Stuart was the Institutional Investor Relations Manager at AMP Limited.  He is a graduate and former dux of AIRA's Diploma of Investor Relations.


Marcus Driller, General Manager, Corporate, Fisher & Paykel Healthcare (Working Party Chair)

Marcus was appointed General Manager Corporate at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare in July 2016. He has headed up the Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs function at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare since 2013 which encompasses investor and media relations, corporate communications, reporting, community and sponsorship.Marcus has been with Fisher & Paykel Healthcare since 2009 and prior to that he was a M&A/corporate lawyer with Russell McVeagh, one of the largest law firms in New Zealand. Marcus received his Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of Auckland and has completed the Australasian Investor Relations Association’s Diploma in Investor Relations.

Greg Dooley, Managing Director, Computershare Investor Services

Greg is responsible for the provision of registry services to nearly half of all listed companies in Australia, as well as a large number of non-listed entities.

Greg is passionate about premium client service and advocating for industry change. Greg’s leadership has seen the Investor Services business achieve outstanding client outcomes through industry-leading account service innovations centred on the digitisation of registry services. Greg has also overseen the successful execution of some of the largest, most complex corporate transactions in Australia.


Phillip Henderson, Group Investor Relations Manager, Goodman Group Limited

Phill has over ten years’ experience in investor relations and corporate communications. He has held positions at Thomson Reuters and investor relations consultancies where he advised ASX listed companies on a range of IR related matters. Prior to his career in IR he spent seven years working in equity capital markets and corporate finance within Macquarie Bank and CBA. He has a degree in economics and finance from UTS.


Justin McCarthy, Head of Investor Relations, Lendlease Group

Justin joined Lendlease in May 2016 from Colonial First State Global Asset Management, where he worked from 2005 until early 2016. Over this period, Justin held the roles of Senior Equity Analyst, Global Financials Portfolio Manager and Equity Analyst, covering the property sector for the majority of that time. Prior to these roles, Justin worked as a Senior Economist at Westpac and for Rothschild Australia Asset Management (now BT).  Justin brings extensive knowledge of investment markets, industries and companies along with strong relationships.

John Daly, Chief Executive Officer, Listcorp

A former stockbroker and fund manager, John has worked in the investment industry for more than 25 years. He commenced his career as a private client adviser with ANZ McCaughan before moving to the Institutional Desk to advise some of the country’s largest fund managers. He worked in the same capacity with both BT. Alex Brown and BNP Paribas before leaving the broking industry in 2000 to found boutique fund manager OC Funds Management. In 2004 John moved to London to help launch hedge fund Victoria Capital. He also worked with Pyrford International and Mosaic Property LLP during his 8 years in London. John spent 2 years in Brazil before returning to Australia in 2014 to begin work on Listcorp.

John brings a rare depth and breadth of experience in investment markets, and passion for technology and the efficiencies it can deliver, to the task of building the Listcorp business.


Gail Williamson, Chief Growth Officer, WiseTech Global Limited

Gail focuses on accelerating growth and geographic expansion for WiseTech globally, delivering on strategic initiatives, launching breakthrough technologies and leading the global brand. She is passionate about high growth, globally scalable, innovation and engaging teams and aligning resources to deliver it.  Her role spans capital markets, communications, brand, marketing, channels, culture, governance and stakeholder management globally. She is a member of the group’s M&A Committee and the Capital Committee. Gail has 20 years executive experience across the UK and Australasia with leading international corporates including Henderson Global Investors and ABN AMRO NV.  Gail holds a Bachelor of Economics (Acc.) from the University of Sydney, Graduate Certificate (Executive MBA Program) from the Australian Graduate School of Management UNSW, was awarded a Gold ‘Stevie’ International Business Award in 2016 and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
