Event Registration Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms

Payments can be made via:

  • Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa and Amex are accepted through the online payment portal).   All credit card payments will incur a 1.9% credit card surcharge, OR
  • Direct Deposit - if you elect to pay by direct deposit an invoice will be emailed to you in order to process your payment.  Invoices have a payment term of 7 days from date of issue.

All prices are displayed in AUD and are subject to GST, where applicable.

Substitution, Cancellation and Refund Policy

All requests for cancellation must be received in writing at least 10 working days prior to the commencement of the course. Phone cancellations will NOT be accepted. A full refund less $100 administration fee will be granted up to 10 working days prior to the commencement of the course.  After this date no refunds or credits of any form will be issued but substitutions will be accepted. Cancellation and substitution requests should be emailed to administration@aira.org.au.

Conditions

Your attendance is not confirmed until payment for your registration is received in full.   Non-attendance will be considered as a cancellation on the day of the event and incur a 100% cancellation fee. Unpaid registrations 10 days prior to the event will be cancelled.

Use of Photos

Photos taken at AIRA events may be used in marketing collateral and other publications. If you do not warrant us permission to use photos that might be taken of you at such events, please advise us in writing administration@aira.org.au.
