Corporate Confidence Index welcomes the opportunity to partner with AIRA again in 2017 by offering an educational scholarship to further enhance and strengthen the investor relations discipline in Australia and New Zealand.

SCHOLARSHIP OVERVIEW

The Corporate Confidence Index Diploma of Investor Relations Scholarship is valued at over $6,000 and covers all course costs for one individual to undertake AIRA's Diploma of Investor Relations course, complete the exam and be awarded a Diploma of Investor Relations

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

AIRA’s Corporate Confidence Index Scholarship is open to any individual who has an active interest in investor relations.  Applicants must be a resident in either Australia or New Zealand.

Please note, AIRA reserves the right to brand and release the winning submission as a thought leadership piece to its member-base and through other distribution channels as it sees fit.  Proper acknowledgement will be given to the author (scholarship winner).

SELECTION PANEL

A selection panel comprising:

  • Corporate Confidence Index’s Managing Director
  • AIRA’s CEO
  • AIRA’s Chairman, and
  • One other AIRA Director or buy side representative – to be agreed between AIRA and Corporate Confidence Index.

The Selection Panel will meet in November to review applications in order to determine the winner.  The winner will be notified in writing in mid-November and will be announced at AIRA's 2017 Best Practice Awards & Gala Dinner in Sydney on the 23rd of November.

SCHOLARSHIP INCLUSIONS

  • Three-day course fees to attend AIRA’s Diploma of Investor Relations.  The winner may elect to enrol in the course held in Sydney (March) or in Melbourne (October) in the following year.
  • Course reference material
  • Morning / afternoon tea and lunch for the duration of the course
  • Diploma examination fee

Please note, the Scholarship winner will be responsible for their own travel, accommodation and additional per diem costs for the duration of the course.

OBLIGATIONS OF SCHOLARSHIP HOLDERS

  • Uphold the standards expected of members and act as excellent role models
  • Willingness to report back to AIRA their feedback and the scholarship experience.
  • Willingness to allow AIRA publish their piece with proper acknowledgement to the author and distribute it to the AIRA member-base and through other channels.
