Does your company have an effective investor relations strategy when it comes to building relationships with and targeting retail shareholders?

Large, medium and small Australian companies could benefit from being able to issue debt to Australian retail and institutional investors (that is, corporate bonds) in a cost-effective way. Currently, the process for issuing corporate bonds to retail investors is costly and onerous compared to other avenues for raising funds as the law requires the issuing of a full prospectus and directors are subject to personal liability for the content of the prospectus.
